Since that time, he has partnered up with top agents in competitive markets where he and his team set the listing appointments and his partner agents close the deals.

Once he streamlined that business, he shifted his focus to attracting top agents to eXp Realty. Over the years, he’s built systems that help his fellow eXp agents attract more people to the company through his coaching company, RevShare Builders Coaching. Kary graduated with her MBA from Georgia Tech and worked on international marketing campaigns at Procter & Gamble. Kary flipped the script on her 10+ years of marketing experience into multiple profitable businesses in digital marketing, brand strategy and real estate.

Kary was one of the largest lead generators at eXp Realty in her first year as an agent, her development company was selected to film with HGTV just two years into flipping, and she has coached countless real estate agents on how to design, build, and grow their businesses online. Kary believes it’s never too late to flip the script on life and go after your dreams.
