Glassdoor, a popular company review website, just named our eXp Realty founder Glenn Sanford a 2018 Glassdoor Top CEO! And this was across ALL industries, not just in the real estate brokerage category.
As an agent/owner at eXp Realty, I know why he received this award from Glassdoor, but if you’re curious, it was based on all the rave reviews from eXp Realty real estate agents, brokers, and staff. Glenn has an impressive 97 percent approval rating!
Glenn Sanford founded eXp Realty in 2009 and is truly a brilliant man. After working with several other brokerages over the course of his career, he designed eXp around what he liked most about the other companies and changed what he didn’t.
The result was an incredible real estate brokerage model where everyone — brokers AND agents — benefit if the company is successful.

Glenn was ranked No. 40 among all small and medium businesses on Glassdoor. Currently, on Glassdoor, Glenn has a 97 percent approval score. Among the 770,000 companies reviewed on Glassdoor, the average CEO approval rating is 69 percent.
