eXp Realty was named a ‘Best Place to Work’ in the Glassdoor 2018 Employees’ Choice Awards

After working with eXp Realty for more than four years, it’s no surprise (to me) that we were honored with Glassdoor naming eXp Realty as Best Place To Work. eXp is an incredible place to work and every real estate agent I speak with is thrilled with our innovative, agent-centric real estate brokerage.

In order to determine the best places to work, Glassdoor ranked businesses by size and anonymous employee reviews/ratings. eXp was ranked #12 among ALL small/medium companies on Glassdoor for 2018!

Methodology

Glassdoor’s 2018 Best Places to Work are determined using company reviews shared by U.S.-based employees between November 1, 2016, and Oct. 22, 2017. To be considered for the small-and-medium category, a company must have fewer than 1,000 employees and have received at least 25 ratings across eight workplace attributes from U.S.-based employees during the period of eligibility. The final list is compiled based on Glassdoor’s proprietary algorithm and takes into account the quantity, quality, and consistency of reviews.
