The rankings are out for the 2021 Top Real Estate Teams! Every year, RealTrends releases their report called “The Thousand”, featuring the top-ranked teams across the United States.

We know that many of you dream of building your own team one day or if you already have a team in place, you want to scale your business to reach this level of success.  The very best way to build or scale is to look at what other team leaders are doing with their businesses.

Below you’ll see that we’ve listed the 2021 top teams in real estate by the # of transactions as well as volume.  When reviewing the list, take a peek at their social media channels and website.

When viewing their team websites, check out a few key areas:  

Team Branding / Logo – The top real estate teams will almost always have a professionally designed logo. Is it modern, memorable, and easy to read? Are their colors and fonts consistent throughout the website?  Do you notice a big difference in the branding of the high volume vs the high transaction real estate teams?

Unique Value Proposition (UVP) – Is the team’s UVP clear when you visit the home page of their website and/or the “About Us” page?

Are they focused on sellers or buyers?  Many of the top real estate teams are heavily geared towards listings. Is that clear on their website?  What kind of information do they share with potential home sellers that would entice them to pick up the phone?  Do they share examples of their marketing, offer free home staging, or have a home sale guarantee?

What makes them stand out from the crowd?  Do they use professional local photography? Have an inviting/personalized message?  Offer unique services or a home sale guarantee? Why would YOU want to work with them?

Do they have a “We’re Hiring” or “Careers” page?  Find out why other agents would want to join their team.  Do they offer buyer leads? Coaching? An amazing culture?
