Toby is very good about bringing a wide array of topics to the table that appeal to real estate professionals of all levels… and he almost always asks the right questions and digs deeper give us the full story! One week, Super Agents Live may have an internet marketer who is blowing it out of the water generating thousands of leads and the next episode is a rookie agent who went from selling 2 homes to 100 homes a year by door knocking his farm.

Pat has has a slightly different interviewing style and is very good about asking specific questions like annual volume, number of homes sold and team size so we have a good understanding of how the agent’s business is structured.

Agent Caffeine was the first real estate podcast we’d ever listened to (in 2011?) and Kelly does a great job bringing in some interesting guests that are primarily focused on real estate innovation and technology.
