Live, Weekly Classes Are Offered in eXp World
There’s never a limit to the learning an agent can achieve with eXp World Training, an online educational resource that features more than 40 hours of live training each and every week.
New agents are provided a personal concierge through the eXp Connect Program to get them engaged with eXp.
Led by experts in real estate, technology, and finance, eXp World offers dynamic instruction on everything from the unique, powerful technologies that fuel the eXp business model to practical, hands-on training in best practices. Many of the program’s trainers come from an Agent Faculty Program comprised of seasoned agents who want to give back to fellow agents through education and training.
If an agent misses a live training, an on-demand library with 24/7 access enables them to view previously recorded sessions at their own convenience.
New eXp Agents Get Guided Training for First 365 Days
New agents are provided a personal concierge through the eXp Connect Program to get them engaged with eXp. The assigned concierge guides the new agent through their first 365 days, answering questions and connecting them to all the tools, services and programs they need to make a successful transition to becoming an eXp agent.
Through eXp Connect, each new agent becomes a part of an exclusive online group via the Workplace platform that provides a valuable communications channel for collaboration and learning. Video tutorials and online classes provide all the necessary orientation to get new agents started outright.
New Agents Are Paired With a Mentor
The eXpand Mentoring Program provides newly licensed agents with a learning platform through which they can gain the practical, hands-on learning they will need to start and build a successful eXp business. Each new agent is paired with a certified mentor who is a member of the new agent’s same Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and local geographic area.
The mentor leads the new agent through educational coursework and production requirements before they can graduate from the program. As a part of the curriculum, new agents must attend state training meetings and weekly eXp leadership meetings.
Many mentors require that mentees shadow them in a number of real-life scenarios: listing appointments, buyer presentations, contract presentations, home inspections, final walkthroughs and closing appointments.
The benefits for new agents are obvious, but mentors also have much to gain. A monthly Mentor the Mentor workshop allows eXp to reinvest in the mentors through special speakers focused on leadership development.
